While packages vary by complexity, the core of our managed services always includes: recording and categorizing transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and delivering a clean Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet at month-end. We ensure your books are closed accurately so you can make informed decisions.

Do I need to change my software? 

We primarily work with cloud-based platforms like QuickBooks Online and Xero because they allow for real-time collaboration. If you are currently on Desktop or spreadsheets, we can handle the migration to the cloud as part of your onboarding.

How does communication work if you are virtual? 

We use secure client portals for document exchange and hold regular video strategy calls (monthly or quarterly depending on your plan). You can email your dedicated accountant anytime. We pride ourselves on being responsive—you won't be waiting weeks for a reply.

Is tax preparation included? 

Monthly Accounting focuses on the financial records (General Ledger). Tax Preparation (Form 1040/1120) is a separate annual event.
